Ran diskpart again, with the following commands: list disk, select disk 3 (that's the SSD), clean, create partition=primary, format quick fs=ntfs, assign letter=G.Initialized the SSD and assigned a new letter (G).CMOS reset (unplugged laptop battery, unplugged CMOS battery, 30 second hold power, reconnect everything).Made sure HDD and SSD are both properly connected.Checked diskpart (only boot drive shows up). I was able to solve this by installing the Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver (F6flpy-圆4 - VMD.zip).Checked BIOS to see if hard drives are detected there (they are). This one linked if for Windows 10 4 bit if you have something else look it up on the intel site. you would point to a IRST driver that you downloaded from Intel In the list of IRST drivers you would want the F6flpy-圆4 (Intel VMD).zip.
